The joint venture, under the technical management of Eiffage Rail, undertook the entire implementation design and coordinated the railways technology suppliers for the section under construction, which was converted to provide speeds of 200 kilometres per hour. Eiffage Rail laid the largest points ever built in the company's history at a length of 187 metres.
